Return Policy

If you are unhappy with our products, you can return it within 30 days.
Actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
The product must be returned in new condition, packed in original packaging, and complete.
Take special care to note how product was packaged to assure ease of repacking product.
Call us prior to return to receive a return authorization number.
Products with shipping included in price, will be charged actual shipping costs.
Be sure to print the return authorization number on the outside of package.
If delivery is refused, you are still responsible for shipping charges both ways.

Cancellation Policy

A $10 cancellation fee may be assessed for reversing credit card charges, cancelling shipping , and other accounting procedures that have occurred. If the shipment cannot be stopped, you will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred with your order. Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) are normally shipped that day. Refusing delivery of the package at your specified delivery location will still incur shipping charges both ways.
